IPC-A-610
IPC-A-610 is the standard in which we produce our electronic assemblies. Our technicians are regularly updated with training to make sure they are compliant with the latest revisions. Through hole and SMT components populated PCBs are inspected rigorously. Complying with these standards give our customers the confidence in consistency of quality we produce.
RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive)
We are committed to adhering to the directive that restricts the use of six hazardous materials in the manufacture of electronic and electrical equipment. We have implemented lead-free manufacturing practices to ensure full compliance with this directive.
ESD Safe Program
Our ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) prevention program includes the use of ESD packaging materials, ESD safe workstations, conductive filaments on garments worn by team members. The floor of our facility is painted with a special epoxy to ensure there is no static discharge, and our workstations are equipped with ESD wrist straps and antistatic mats.
